Next intake - November 2026
KIAKWAMA Institute of Management and Innovation.
A management school in Mbanza-Ngungu, rooted in the DRC and open to the world. A Bachelor's Degree in Management with six possible specialisations, an incubator, a research centre: training does not stop at the classroom door. Part of the course takes place in companies and on field projects, supervised and assessed like the rest of the programme.
Part of your degree takes place outside the classroom.
Seminars led by practitioners, projects carried out in the field, management simulations and placements with partner companies. At KIAMI, theory and the real practice of management move forward together, from the first semester to the last.
Bachelor's Degree in Management: six specialisations
Choose your profession from the second year.
The first year lays foundations common to everyone. You then choose the specialisation that matches the job you are aiming for.
Where the programme leads
A campus in the heart of Kongo Central, open to the world.

Applications are open.
The application is submitted directly online. You can also request the detailed programme documentation before making up your mind.
Companies
Become a partner.
Part of our students' course takes place in practical work and in companies: seminars led by practitioners, projects carried out in the field, placements and a supervised project. Immersion deepens year after year, from simple discovery in the first year to the long final-year placement.
Hosting a KIAMI student is not doing a school a favour: it is training the person you will hire.
The KIAMI Incubator
Start your business while you study.
Open to students of the institute only. Anyone who arrives with a business project does not wait for their degree to launch it: they build it during their studies, supported by practitioners, and leave KIAMI with a business already standing.

An educational process
From diagnosis to the development of the business, with the support of the Incubator's mentors and experts and short workshops all along the way.

No fees, nothing in return
No support fees, no stake taken in the capital. The project remains entirely the student's own.

Every specialisation
A business project can come out of logistics, marketing or finance just as much as entrepreneurship. It can be put forward from the first year.
Who can apply
Become an entrepreneurship coach or angel investor
The Incubator is looking for business leaders ready to support a student, and investors ready to back a young Congolese company.
Both roles
