We collect only what you send us yourself, through the forms on this site.

This site sets no cookies, does not measure your browsing and does not follow you from page to page. You are identified only if you fill in a form.
Your data leaves the DRC
To carry the forms through to us, this site uses a technical provider established outside the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Your answers pass through its servers before reaching us by email, and remain accessible there for a limited time.
During that transit, your data is subject to the law of the country where those servers are — a law that may offer different guarantees from Congolese law, and where the institute does not have the same means to act.
By ticking the box before sending, you accept that transfer in the knowledge of this risk, as provided for by article 202 of Ordinance-Law No. 23/010 of 13 March 2023 establishing the Digital Code.

Who has access
Only the people at the institute who handle your request. We do not sell, rent or exchange your data. We pass it to a third party only where Congolese law requires us to.
How long we keep it
As long as it takes to handle your request. The documents in a successful application join the student's file and then follow the rules applying to academic records.
Your rights
The Digital Code gives you the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing and to ask for its erasure.
To exercise them, write to Infokiami.institut@gmail.com saying what you are asking for. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent Congolese authority for the protection of personal data.
Security
We protect access to the requests we receive and do not keep them longer than necessary. As no system is beyond reach, we advise against sending us through a form any document of which you have no other copy.
